There are moments in writing a series when something that has lived inside your head for months suddenly becomes real.
This is one of those moments.
The cover for The Moon Goddess and the Demon, Book Two of The Moon Goddess Trilogy, is finally here.
And I have been dying to show you.
After everything that happened in The Moon Goddess and the Wolf, the story isn't finished.
Not even close.
Karma's journey continues beyond the Veil, but Book Two takes her somewhere darker. The world is changing around her. Her power is changing. And perhaps most dangerously of all, she is changing with it.
The deeper she is pulled into this realm, the harder it becomes to separate darkness from desire, power from temptation, and the person she was from the woman she is becoming.
And then there is Marcus.
If you've been waiting to see where his part in this story leads...
I'm not giving that away. 😉
Creating the Cover
I wanted the cover of The Moon Goddess and the Demon to feel immediately connected to the world of the trilogy while making one thing very clear:
We are not in the same place anymore.
The reds are deeper. The atmosphere is heavier. The castle, the blood-red moon, the storm gathering overhead—it needed to feel beautiful, dangerous, and just a little unforgiving.
Because that's where this story is going.
Creating this cover was incredibly personal for me. I photographed the moon myself and built the design piece by piece in Canva, layering the sky, clouds, castle, landscape, and other elements until the image finally felt like the world I could see in my head.
And when it came together, I knew.
That was Book Two.
Where Book Two Stands
Right now, The Moon Goddess and the Demon is in the editing and formatting stage.
Writing the story was only one part of the process. Now I'm going through the manuscript carefully—chapter by chapter—working on pacing, consistency, formatting, character development, and all those tiny details readers may never consciously notice but that make a finished novel feel polished.
It's slow work.
Sometimes very slow work. 😂
But I'm not interested in rushing this book simply to get it out.
I want Book Two to earn its place beside Book One.
More importantly, I want it to take everything established in The Moon Goddess and the Wolf and push it further—the relationships, the mythology, the danger, the emotional stakes, and the world beyond the Veil.
A Darker Side of the Veil
Book Two isn't simply the next adventure.
There are consequences now.
Karma is caught between forces that want very different things from her. Lucius is torn between vengeance and family. Marcus is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore. And Karma's own divine power is becoming something she can no longer treat as simply a gift.
Because power changes things.
Sometimes it changes the world.
Sometimes it changes the person holding it.
And sometimes the darkness doesn't have to drag you in.
Sometimes...
you walk toward it willingly.
Welcome Back Beyond the Veil
There's much more I want to share as editing continues—characters, lore, behind-the-scenes pieces, excerpts, and perhaps a few things from Book Two that I probably shouldn't reveal yet.
But today belongs to the cover.

So here she is:
The Moon Goddess and the Demon.
Book Two of The Moon Goddess Trilogy.
The Veil has opened again.
And this time, the darkness is waiting.
When the darkness needs the light.
Before you leave...
I want to know something.
What was the FIRST thing you noticed when you saw the new cover?
The moon?The castle?The red?The atmosphere?
Tell me in the comments. I genuinely want to know.
